Protest Sign Painting Party pt. 2

Cascade Forward is hosting another Protest Sign Painting Party on Friday, January 9, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, and everyone is welcome.

We’ll be gathering at Magpie Books for an informal, creative hang focused on making protest signs together. This is about camaraderie, creativity, and collective energy—whether you’re a seasoned organizer or someone who just wants to show up and contribute in a hands-on way.

We’ll provide poster boards and paint markers. All you need to bring is your voice, your ideas, and your willingness to make something bold. There are no rules, no expectations, and no pressure to be “good at art.” This is about expression and solidarity.

We’ll also be ordering pizza, because art and organizing go better when people are fed.

This event is part of Cascade Forward’s ongoing work to support visible, creative civic engagement in our community. Come hang out, make something meaningful, and leave with a sign you can actually use.
